Can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information.

If you wish to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at Glesersmart@gmail.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage.

  • If the package has not yet been dispatched, we will update the shipping address.

  • If the package has already been shipped, the shipping details cannot be changed while the order is in transit.


What forms of payment are accepted?

How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details.

You can also log in to your customer account at our online store to check the status of your order at any time.

If your payment has been received, the order status will show “Processing.”


Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. Once we receive your order and your payment is confirmed, we will send your invoice via email.


How can I find out about shipping charges?

Shipping within the UK and Germany is completely FREE.

Can I send my order as a gift to another address?

Yes. We can deliver your order to a different shipping address.

Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout.


How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24–48 hours, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your order.


How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 1–2 business days for the courier’s system to update tracking information after you receive your confirmation email.


Where is my confirmation email?

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder.

  2. Make sure the email address provided at checkout is correct.
